Isra and Fatima are two Syrian refugees who are living with their elderly ill grandmother in Lebanon. Their father was kidnapped in Syria and their mother decided to leave them and live on her own.
Both of them suffer from IMC. Now Fatime is able to sit properly and interact with her relatives instead of lying on the bed and staring at the ceiling all day.
On the other hand, Isra’a who could barely walk and talk started directly responding well with the physiotherapist who helped her gain balance while walking which made it easier for her to deal with her daily habits.
